Score an ace with our Open Day Grant

Calling all Notts Clubs!

Are you planning to run an Open Day this summer? If so, then make sure you claim your £150 grant from Notts LTA!

To start the process, please send an email to office@nottslta.co.uk with the date(s) of your Open Day(s). NB only one grant per club!

Please note the following conditions:-

• Your Open Day must be advertised through ClubSpark if possible.  If you do not advertise through ClubSpark we will need evidence that you have promoted the day externally ie through facebook or other social media channels, your website etc (please provide the link for this)
• The grant is provided for marketing costs for your Open Day (eg flyers refreshments, equipment etc) but under no circumstances can it be used to cover coaching costs for the day
• After your event you will need to provide an itemised invoice for your claim, with accompanying receipts, which Notts LTA will cover up to a maximum amount of £150.  You will also need to provide a short report (minimum of a paragraph) together with photographs of the day, suitable for putting on the Notts LTA website and/or social media.  It is your responsibility to get permission from anyone included in the photos
